Alright CFSB/BF’ers!! Our tribute workout to Lt Michael “Murph” Murphy is this Saturday 0800 hours (8am)! Come on out and participate, cheer, and support all the individuals and teams as they go through a notoriously challenging Hero workout. For those of you on the fence remember there are options to modify and scale the work accordingly. The best way to do so is team up, be a friend, make a friend, and when it’s all said and done enjoy a cold beverage or two with the best group of athletes in Seal Beach! Next Saturday May 25th at 8am! “MURPH” For time: 1 mile Run 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats 1 mile Run Do not be intimidated, this can be scaled with a partner or scaled as an individual.
